It aims to develop a comprehensive UVPD\/MS\/MS methodology utilizing hydrogen\/deuterium exchange, applied to the structural characterization of proteins involved in oxidative stress phenomena. A physicochemical approach is underway, involving the development of an optimized experimental setup for low-temperature chromatography and online digestion. This will enable detailed analysis of the kinetics and mechanisms involved in hydrogen\/deuterium exchange.
