Nanoparticles for conductive inks: commercial application

Hynd Remita (Senior Researcher), Sonia Hadaoui (Maturation Engineer)

We are developing the stationary radiolytic synthesis of copper and silver-based nanoparticles for applications in printed electronics. These nanoparticles enable the production of conductive inks using "green" synthesis methods and exhibit excellent conductivity after thermal or photonic treatment of the substrate they are applied to. A patent is currently being filed.

This COCAPEC project has been supported by the University of Paris-Saclay (pre-maturation project) and later by SATT Paris-Saclay through the Poc’Up and Maturation projects.
