Oxidative Stress and Biological Systems
In the context of studying oxidative stress, several research projects within the CPSysBio group investigate the consequences of this stress on biomolecules, from the molecular scale to that of cells. Our subjects of study include DNA bases, nucleic acids, amino acids, peptides, and proteins such as centrin or globins. This research converges toward a better understanding of biological responses to oxidative stress, whether in a pathological context or in relation to cellular resistance to this stress.
