The CAPRI Group's Equipment

The CAPRI group conducts experimental research in physical chemistry centered around a transversal technique: mass spectrometry. Mass spectrometers are used both as an analytical method (often coupled with separation techniques) and as an environment conducive to the controlled activation of ions.

Building on a long tradition of instrumental and methodological developments, the group operates one of the laboratory’s accelerators and the CLIO free-electron laser, as well as 2 instrumental platforms and 3 technical platforms within the laboratory

Some instruments maintained by the group for its research activities : lasers of the CLIO platform, CERISES, microfluidic devices, and a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer.
